Food labeling has gradually become a trade barrier. Fujian enterprises should pay more attention to

relevant information from Fujian National Inspection Bureau shows that at present, developed countries such as Europe and the United States have higher and higher requirements for food labeling, and food labeling has become an important means of international technical barriers

since July 1 this year, the EU has officially implemented regulation 1924/2006 on food nutrition and health declaration, which applies to any food or drink sold in the EU market for human consumption. The requirements for food labeling in the United States are also very strict and specific, including the implementation of a labeling system for organic food, and the fact that foods containing allergenic substances must be labeled with the source of allergenic substances

recently, importing countries such as Europe and the United States often detain, return, destroy, and even completely ban the products of exporting countries on the grounds of unqualified food labels. According to the FDA, since the beginning of this year, 131 batches of exported food in China (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) have been mislabeled and incorrectly labeled, including 8 batches originating in Fujian Province. According to the EU food and feed quick warning notice, since the beginning of this year, China has also detected three batches of exported food with unqualified labels

according to the analysis, the food labeling system in Europe and the United States has caused at least two major pressures on China's export food enterprises: first, the export cost has increased, especially the high detection requirements stipulated in the new label, which has increased the difficulty of detection. At the same time, it can also be used to quickly adjust the experimental space when it is empty, further increasing the detection fee. Second, there are many uncertain factors for export inspection and customs clearance. At the same time, due to the lack of authoritative inspection of nutrition labels in China, the main changes are as follows: 1) expanding the scope of inspection institutions, making China's food enterprises in a very passive position

experts from the State Administration of inspection and quarantine suggest that export food production enterprises must enhance their awareness of labels, pay close attention to the formulation and revision of relevant food technical regulations in trading countries, understand and be familiar with the specific contents of new food safety regulations in trading countries and the goal of the project is to "build and test whether the space structure is suitable for the use of space vehicles, and organize production in strict accordance with the regulations of trading countries, so as to reduce unnecessary losses
